Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley Town West

The evening restaurant team made the stay for me. Tiago greeted us warmly at dinner, showed us to our table with a genuine smile, and kept checking that everything was going well. The whole team was friendly, approachable, and worked well together. Their attitude made dinner a pleasure. I was at Premier Inn for one night for work. The room could use some refurbishment, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the location suited my needs. Great service really does make a difference, and the evening team delivered.

After a long-haul flight, we stayed overnight and slept well. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Friendly staff, free parking, and good value.

Casey checked us in and offered two keys without us needing to ask. She put us in a quieter room at the back, which was thoughtful. We use Crawley west hotel quite often before morning flights from LGW. The room was cold, and following the instruction leaflet didn't help. The wall heater showed as switched on but gave off no heat even after an hour. Casey came up straight away when I went to the desk, confirmed it wasn't working, and offered another room. I asked if there was a spare heater instead, and she found us a small one that made the room comfortable. She really went the extra mile and is a credit to the brand.

The breakfast service was perfect, and big thanks to Connor and Natalie. The service throughout was excellent. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean, though they could do with a refresh. The location on the ring road is convenient, and the secondary double glazing kept the room silent. Great stay.
