The Wi-Fi could usually not even load a Google page, and the cleaners, who were meant to come weekly, only visited three times in six weeks. I spent 10 days sleeping on a springy mattress before they finally replaced it. We rented a fully serviced apartment for a month and a half, but on arrival found it wasn't very clean and looked much older than the pictures. It smelled of carpet and had only basic kitchenware: four plates, four glasses, four forks, and four knives. There was nowhere to hang towels or laundry. I really wouldn't recommend it.

The apartments were pleasant and in good condition, and I enjoyed my stay. The location is central in Crawley, with parking for one car per apartment. There was a bit too little crockery and glassware, but it was bearable.

The internet is terribly slow, but the location is superb.
