The only issue for us was the dim lighting in the room where we had dinner and breakfast. My partner had to use her phone torch to read the menu, and it was uncomfortable not being able to see the food properly. Brighter or higher-wattage bulbs would help. Aside from that, the room was lovely and very clean, the food was good, and the service was spot on. We stayed on 10 January 2026 and would still recommend it.

We had the Pool Villa for an overnight stay with our 8-year-old son, and the layout worked so well. He could go to bed while we still had living space to socialise, instead of being stuck in a bedroom. The villa is separate, with two bedrooms, each with its own en suite, plus a lovely private garden and hot tub. There’s a fully stocked bar, paid for when you leave. The staff were attentive and exceptional, and the food was delicious, with a divine selection and a superb standard. They catered well for children, and it was good value too.

If you like traditional Nepalese and Indian food more than the contemporary Indian restaurants that seem to be opening everywhere, give this place a try. Every dish was superb, especially the Chicken tandoori. Service was excellent, and the manager was charming. You can tell he cares about the experience and works to keep the quality high.

We spent Boxing Day night here in one of the private cabins with a hot tub and had a fantastic stay. Dinner and drinks were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better night away.
