I was left on my own in town with nowhere to stay. The host ignored me and never sent the check-in details, and booking.com did nothing to help. Don't book here.

You can come and go as you like once you've let yourself into the building and your room. It's a good-value stay in Crewe, with cleaners who keep the rooms, kitchen and shared areas in great shape. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, oven, hobs and fridge, so you can make whatever you fancy.

It feels more like a hostel than a hotel, and the price is ridiculous for what you get. There's a shared kitchen, but having no kettle in the room isn't the same. The bedroom TVs struggle to work, and there's no TV in the communal area. This place is only good for sleeping before you leave.

My accommodation was cancelled by the hotel by email on the day I was due to arrive. I still haven't had my money back.

Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you need.
