The room was surprisingly impressive, spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. I arrived late, around 8 pm, on my first stay, and the receptionist was friendly and gave me the room code. It felt welcoming, and the room was decent, like a four-star hotel.

For such a low price, the comfort of the room really stands out. Cheap hotels often have awful mattresses and dated rooms, but this one is on a par with Premier Inn and cost about half as much. The free Wi-Fi was decent too, which is rare at this price. Parking costs £7.

I got a £100 parking fine today, even though a staff member assured me I'd paid for parking correctly. There was no heating; when I asked, they gave me a small portable heater. There are no breakfast facilities, and the place feels like a building site. No staff were there, so I had to call someone to come and check me in. The website photos are totally misleading. Worst hotel ever.

The bathroom was dirty, the floors creaked and were noisy, and the heating was broken. They didn't even have temporary heaters. I got sick after staying there for just one night. The room and service were terrible, I wouldn't pay even £10 for such a pathetic room. OYO is a rubbish service, so avoid this hotel and OYO generally. When I called OYO, they said they couldn't do anything.

What a bargain for a Sunday night. The room had everything we needed, including a power shower, a heated bathroom mirror and a bathroom night light. The young woman at the desk also went out of her way to sort out parking for our motorcycle as soon as we arrived. Can't recommend it enough.
