The host was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I left my straighteners and hairdryer behind, and he kindly sent them back. I stayed two nights for a family event, and the flat was spotless, very spacious and in a great, quiet location. Shops and supermarkets were an easy walk away, and delivery from uber eats was fast. 10/10, I'll return next time I'm visiting.

The communication with Chris the owner was excellent, clear and prompt. He sent a PDF guide to the flat and local area, and was flexible when I wanted to book just one night, arranging it directly after we spoke. My friend and I stayed in flat 6, which was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy, and he had left complimentary milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. It's well located near the train station and within easy walking distance of shops. I had a car, and there was free parking in the public car park opposite.

I booked a lovely apartment at Victoria Place, Crewe for a visitor from the USA, and they were extremely impressed. They liked the central location and free car park opposite, and found the apartment modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and approachable, and communicated the booking details clearly and promptly. We'll definitely revisit and highly recommend it.
