Premier Inn Crewe Central

We’ll certainly come back to this hotel, and might try evening meals at Brocklebank next time. The Premier Inn is ideally placed in the centre of Crewe, close to amenities and a five minute walk from the station. The entrance areas and rooms were very clean, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Despite the central location, it was very quiet. We had children nearby and didn’t hear them at all. Staff were attentive, and made sure we registered the car when booking. The large signs outside explain this clearly. We hadn’t planned to have breakfast on our last morning, but outside we saw someone acting suspiciously near our car. A Brocklebank staff member challenged him, and he walked away. Matt then brought breakfast to someone working at the Premier Inn. Seeing that, and how protective the Brocklebank staff were of guests, made us decide to get some food. The place was clean and kept to a high standard. The unlimited breakfast was cooked to perfection, with fried eggs, continental food, cold drinks, and fresh tea and coffee. It was nice to get fried eggs when some hotel breakfasts only offer scrambled. The manager may have been called Frances, though I’m sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong. Both Frances and Matt were lovely, especially Matt for being so alert and protective. Thank you all so much.
