I come to the chalet park every year and it's gorgeous. The rooms are always spotless, the beds are comfy, and it's just a really nice place to stay. If you're looking for somewhere in Cromer, I'd recommend booking here. I've got some lovely photos from the last two years I've visited.

The chalets are a nice place to stay for a holiday. It's peaceful here, away from the bustle, but still close enough to walk into Cromer and enjoy the seaside town.

I've been coming here for about 25 years. It's always peaceful, with lovely walks right nearby, and the beach and Cromer town are both very close. The two things I'd like are a way to get £1 coins for the electricity on site, and a little shop or vending machine for essentials.

We arrived for the April holiday and found the chalet refreshed over winter. There were more families around, but it was still quiet. People were doing arts and crafts outside or just enjoying the sun, and everyone was friendly while respecting each other's privacy. The grass areas were tidy. Evenings were still chilly, so bring a warmer jumper for walks to the beach or town. We went to a nearby car boot sale and planned to see the circus that afternoon. Looking forward to the beach tomorrow. It's quiet here even with lots of chalets, and you still feel like you've got your own space. The kids play outside in the sun, and our chalet gets the afternoon sunshine. The grass is clean and well kept. It's a short walk to the beach or shops, with benches along the way for resting and taking in the sea air. You can get to the beach through the woods or over the hill, with plenty to see. There's a playing field with a few swings and a high wire ride for kids. Lots of dog walkers about, always nice to chat with. We had four more days to explore.

UPDATE after more contact with the Park and since my previous review. Our stay was deeply disappointing. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with springs pressing into us, and the sofa was dirty, with dog biscuits and rubbish between the cushions. The kettle and microwave weren't clean either. The shower cubicle was poorly maintained, with weak water pressure and limited access for mobility scooters. We sent photos of these problems, but the park's management, led by director Paula King, denied responsibility. They initially offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, then withdrew it after seeing our first review and said we could raise further concerns with their lawyer, who would be "more than happy" to engage. We've added photos this time showing the chalet's condition, despite the park refusing to accept our complaints. This isn't written out of spite, but to warn others. We found the experience unpleasant and management's response hostile and lacking accountability, with excuses and legal threats rather than acknowledgement. If you're looking for good accommodation and a customer-friendly approach, we'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. It was disheartening and frustrating, and we hope others avoid the same ordeal. We booked a family break for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. On arrival, we found one problem after another. The beds were so uncomfortable that the springs dug into our backs. The sofa had its legs removed, so sitting on it left you on the floor, with springs pressing into you. Turning on the fan in the middle of the room sent dust into my face. The kettle was badly scaled, and the cups and sugar bowl were disgusting. The shower didn't work properly, and I scalded myself because of the low water pressure. Then the place flooded, leaving our clothes soaked. I slept in my car after the first night because the mattress caused excruciating back pain. The rest of the family agreed it wasn't fun, and we all left on Wednesday morning. We had to throw out more than £100 of groceries, paid for fuel, and spent £80 on a mobility scooter for the week that we had to return. The claim that the accommodation is on flat ground is completely untrue. The site said it would refund part of our money, but we were still over £600 out of pocket. It felt like someone wanted to make a fast buck. Not impressed. This should never have been advertised as a holiday let.
