We'd passed by many times and finally stopped for a meal. The steak from the specials board was cooked to absolute perfection, the best I've ever had. There was a great menu selection, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful, attentive staff. I can't recommend it highly enough, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Six of us went for a birthday meal with friends and everyone enjoyed it. The food was very yummy, from nachos and suet pudding to fish and chips, liver and bacon, and beef and ale pie. Everything was very well done, the service was fast, and the staff were lovely. The atmosphere was comfy, and nobody had any complaints. Thanks to everyone, from the front staff to the kitchen. We'll be back! X

We were so pleased we stopped by this lovely pub for an evening meal. The welcome was warm, the service was great and the food was excellent. My gammon was brilliant, and the prices were sensible.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger, around 15-20 years ago. It hasn't changed much, but the place feels different now, less busy to me and missing some of its old ambience. The food is still good, though it isn't what it used to be for me. It's perfectly adequate, certainly not bad.

First time at the White Horse Crostwick, and the home-cooked food didn't disappoint. The onion rings were awesome, and we had Chicken Caesar salad, Yorkshire pudding with mash and peas, and three sausages with gravy. Friendly staff, great service and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
