We loved it so much that we're looking at booking another week this summer to explore more of Anglesey. We were a party of nine in both cottages, with four young children, and both houses were lovely, had everything we needed, and had very comfortable beds. The location is beautifully quiet and well away from main roads, so we didn't have to worry about cars near the little ones. Internet was the one thing we struggled with. You're in the middle of nowhere, which is wonderful and so peaceful, but phone reception came and went and the Wi-Fi dipped in and out too. I'd bring DVDs, since watching things online can be tricky. We brought some from home and had movie nights the kids loved. David and Rosa were very quick to respond whenever we had an issue, big or small. We didn't get to meet Rosa, but David came round in a flash to sort things out. He was a super star host, and we had lovely chats with him. We'd 100% recommend either house. Thanks so much, David and Rosa. Hope to see you in August!

It's a secluded spot and a good base for exploring Anglesey. Some of the room mattresses need replacing, they were too uncomfortable to sleep on. There also weren't enough mugs and cutlery, as if some had gone missing since the previous stay.

The cottages were clean, tidy, well presented and nicely equipped. My only small gripe is that the TV in the lounge is too small.

The stay itself was pleasant. Afterwards, though, I got an obnoxious email from the owner about not removing the bed linens on checkout day.
