We only had one night here, which felt too short. Allan and Sheila clearly put a lot of care into making guests comfortable: the rooms are roomy and have just about everything you could need, and breakfast is fantastic. It’s well worth a stop, or a good base for exploring the area. We’d definitely come back.

You’ll need a rental car, but it makes day trips to Loch Ness or the Isle of Skye possible. Those are long drives, though in summer there’s daylight until after 9pm and the scenery on the way is spectacular. We spent three nights here in May 2025, and loved it. The hosts were so kind, the food incredible, and the house spotless, from our room and bathroom to the dining and living areas. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. I can’t recommend it enough.

Sheila and Allen were lovely hosts, and they gave us excellent ideas for things to do nearby. The breakfast spread was probably the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I stayed last week and thought the B&B was absolutely five star. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

We found the location beautiful and peaceful, while still being an easy drive from Fort William, Inverness and the Isle of Skye. Over our two weeks in Scotland, this was our favourite B&B of the three nights we spent here. Sheila and Allan were lovely, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our spacious room had plenty of counter and closet space and was very well equipped. The bathroom had good ventilation, a separate shower and a huge tub. The bed was very comfortable too. Definitely recommend.
