The location is breathtaking, with plenty to see nearby and the coast less than a half-hour drive away. We had a wonderful few days in Bluebell cottage with our 10-month-old. Rachel was so friendly and helpful, and the cottage was clean and had all we needed, including a high chair and little bath. We’re hoping to come back next year. We only just realised we’d left the baby towel behind, and it arrived in the post. Such a lovely end to the stay.

The views were amazing and the cottage was spotless. Rachel and Rory were such helpful hosts and did everything they could for us. We’ve just got home after a brilliant week, and my 8-year-old is already asking to book another trip. I can’t recommend the place enough.

It was so peaceful, right in the heart of the North York Moors, and an ideal spot for walking and visiting nearby villages. Rachel and Rory made us feel very welcome, and were friendly and incredibly helpful. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Sitting on the terrace with wine while barn owls hunted in the fields was the highlight for me. The bed was also the most comfortable I’ve slept in for ages. Rachel and Rory were attentive and helpful, while still giving us room to relax. Their place made a great base for trips to Whitby Abbey, Danby Beacon, the surrounding moors, Saltburn and the villages farther south. We had an amazing time.

Snowdrop Cottage was lovely, roomy and comfortable, and the location on the North Yorkshire moors is amazing. It had everything we could need and then some, and the hosts were very helpful. We stayed four nights and would highly recommend it.
