We booked dinner straight away when we came back to Dartmouth and saw Anzac had reopened. Inside, it still has the same warm, cosy feel and original atmosphere we remembered. The new tapas-style menu was explained well, and there's a good wine list. Service was friendly and welcoming. The food was incredibly fresh, full of amazing flavours, and beautifully presented. The chef clearly knows their craft. If you're in Dartmouth and love good food, Anzac is a must. We'll definitely be back.

We didn't stay at the B&B, this is about dinner at the Bistro restaurant. It used to be one of our favourites in Dartmouth, with a cosy bistro atmosphere that felt different from the other options, so we were delighted to see it reopen. We got a Friday table during the music festival weekend, when Mick and Lucy were playing, and were glad to find Maddie running the restaurant. She's clearly doing a great job, and the ambience was just as we remembered. The new small-plates and tapas approach worked well for us. The dishes were explained, and the kitchen could time and serve them to suit our preference. We took our time over lovely wine and live music, ordering plenty so we could sample as many dishes as possible. Three dishes each, as first suggested, is probably about right. Everything was first class, fresh, full of flavour, and incredibly tasty. We had a lovely evening. Well done to the Chef and Maddie, we'll most definitely return. Mick & Lucy were 10 out of 10 too. Please keep featuring them at the restaurant!

The only hitch was the wait for the food, as the restaurant was fully booked that evening, though I'm sure that will improve. We still had a superb meal of delicious, imaginative dishes, and a very talented guitarist entertained us during the Dart Music Festival. We'd gladly dine here again.

I had dinner here last week and had a memorable meal. The mushroom risotto was creamy, perfectly cooked, and full of rich earthy flavour. To start, I had pan-fried scallops, cooked just right, with garlic that complemented their natural sweetness. Flo quickly suggested an excellent bottle of wine to go with my choices. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere felt cosy yet elegant. Anzac Street Bistro is a gem, with delicious food and warm hospitality.

The owners were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My room was lovely, well equipped, and the breakfast was amazing. Nothing bad to say, it was just great!
