The breakfast and service were superb, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. They were friendly and polite throughout. It's a lovely characterful house in a quiet location. We'll definitely return next time we're visiting Dawlish.

A wonderful BNB with loads of character, set in a large, cosy historic home. The owners were kind, accommodating and full of useful information. It was quiet, there was off-street parking, the wifi was fast and booking was straightforward. We'll bring other Americans when we visit again.

It feels like you've got away from everything, even though Dawlish isn't actually very far away. Such a lovely, welcoming place.

A really lovely place with lovely hosts, ideal if you're looking to get away from it all.
