Really liked it! There's a great atmosphere, the welcome and service are extremely friendly, and there's a huge selection of ciders. They also have two good cask ales and plenty of lagers.

A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Gresham House Inn" is located in Dawlish. This hotel is located in the city center. Before going to bed, you can take a walk and enjoy the main landmarks of the city. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Dawlish Beach, Red Rock Beach and King’s Walk.

The pub is a joke. The "manager" seemed more intoxicated than the patrons, then banned you for no reason other than to stroke his own self-worth. To top it off, he sent his wife or girlfriend out to calm down his little-man syndrome, and she was absolutely drunk too. What a joke. Get better, or move on.

The staff were really friendly, but we were disappointed when we tried to order food and found out they weren't serving any until April. There were food signs outside, a menu inside full of tempting dishes, and offers on the beams. Why not put up a notice about the break in service? It felt like we’d been drawn in under false pretences.

A little pub with a lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. I wasn't keen on staff and customers being allowed to vape, though.
