The Fox inn at Oddington

The burger was one of the best I’ve had this year, full of flavour and not greasy at all. Even the chips showed care, served in a pre-warmed cup so they stayed hot for ages. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly. With Christmas coming up, the setting looked gorgeous and the atmosphere was great. I love this place. Just go.

The quiet here made for the best sleep I’ve had in ages. No noise or city lights, just a peaceful stay at The Fox at Oddintgton 🦊. I was in 'The Master' room, beautifully designed with a lovely cottage feel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, too. I loved the peaceful restaurant, the excellent coffee and the croissant with strawberry preserve, which tasted like heaven. I’d recommend it if you need to recharge, and I’m already counting the days until I can visit again. ✨️

It was pretty busy, but super cute. We had pizza, salad and fish sticks, and the food was pretty good. The kids’ pizza was a good size, almost the same as the adults’ one. We’re going to order their soft serve for dessert!

The roast sirloin was absolutely delicious, and the vegetables were just as good. The chef really delivered what the menu description promised, which was a lovely change. We also had apple and blackberry crumble, just like momma used to make. This was my first visit to The Fox, and I came home feeling very pleasant, no booze required! Great work from the chef and team. Keep those high standards up for everyone to enjoy.
