The Blue Pigeons Hotel

Dinner was delicious and memorable, with so much care put into every part of it. The drinks list is good too. The tiramisu martini and English whisky stood out for me. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was spot-on. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and really comfortable, the sort of place where you want to stay a while. Such a treat. We'll be back!

My friend always orders a Caesar salad at a new place as her test for whether she'll return. This one passed with flying colours. It was perfect. As she says, ordering pasta alle vongole in Italy is much the same, it's a way to find out if they can cook. I took her to The Blue Pigeons in Worth and it beat every expectation. The food was excellent, the staff welcoming, and the décor is the best I've ever seen it there. The dining room, gardens, and even the toilets were beautifully done. Five stars all round.

We stayed in Daisy, overlooking the Church, and the room was beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings and lovely attention to detail. One thought was to add bar stools in the bar area by the entrance, to make it feel less formal and improve the guest experience. Francessca followed up on that straight away. What a lovely evening, with great food and welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Special mention to Francessca, Donna, and Callum. We'll definitely return.

The fixed price Sunday lunch menu was very reasonable, and the food was much better than we expected. Service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restored surroundings are impressive. What's not to love? We'll be back!
