Avoid living here. The building management company is horrendous. Rubbish piles up in the car park every week, and junkies use the corridors and stairs to shoot heroin, leaving everything behind for kids to play with needles. Everyone seems to know the car park entry code, and people park in other residents’ allocated spots alllll the time.

Having full-time security on site has made a big difference. ASB has dropped dramatically, and the place is much improved.

The communal areas are filthy, with rubbish and puke left around. There are people taking drugs, kids screaming and running about, and parties going on until 4am. Zip management ignore every message and leave the phones off the hook. Don't move here.

There are warnings about police patrols posted up, and only one of the four lifts works. On one side, there's a bare circuit board for the controls of the working lift on the other side.
