Deluxe Studio Apartments

I left something behind, and the property manager kept it safe for several days while trying to get it back to me. Great customer service.

The kitchenette made it easy to put together small meals. It had a fridge, microwave and air fryer, plus dishes, cutlery, salt and pepper, and the washing-up bits. I stayed four nights in a ground-floor two-bedroom studio. The bed was comfortable, the blackout shades worked well and the windows kept out noise, so I slept really well. Parking was available each night, and the place was easy to find. The property manager was quick to respond when I ran short of bathroom supplies and brought them at the time I asked. The washer-dryer, just outside the studio, was simple to use. I’d recommend staying here in Derby. There were lots of fallen leaves in the car park, though, which made the outside look a bit untidy.

The communication was great from booking through the stay, and when we left something behind, it was sorted straight away after we got in touch. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated and in a handy location. It’s modern, with USB sockets, Wi-Fi, a good shower and a decent hairdryer. We stayed four nights and highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect!
