The room was lovely, and we really enjoyed the breakfast and service. The location was a highlight, set in incredible grounds on the riverbank. We'd definitely recommend it and come back.

We loved the whole visit, from the beautiful grounds and creek to the thoughtful hosts and amazing breakfast. We were attending a wedding at Hunters Hall, just a quick walk away, and town was a short stroll too. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay, Jean!

We only had two nights at this gorgeous Wolsey Lodge & working farm, and wished we'd stayed longer. Jean gave us a warm welcome, and we had a lovely walk along the river from the house with their dog, which made it even more fun. There was so much to see and do in this special part of the country, and Jean gave us great places to eat. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay with three generations. Arriving to a decorated Christmas tree and a beautifully set dining table made it feel really special. There was plenty of room for the kids to play hide and seek, while the adults could find a quiet corner to read or relax. Our hosts were very accommodating and let us check out a little later after the festivities. The only small downside was the flies in the bedrooms, which you might expect on a working farm, but there was plenty of fly spray available.

The walk to Hunters Hall took about 10 minutes, which was handy for the wedding we were attending. Our room was comfortable, with a good bed, and breakfast was tasty. Jean and the team were thoughtful and so helpful to us. I’d love to stay again.
