The Garden Room was spotless and lovely, with all the little details taken care of. We had a wonderful stay at the gorgeous Norfolk Courtyard, a peaceful countryside spot that’s perfect for unwinding. Simon and Catherine were lovely hosts, and we hope to see them again. You’ll have a great time, so don’t hesitate to book.

The little touches made this stay feel special from the start. Simon and Catherine had stocked the kitchen with cooking books and dishes, plus fresh milk, eggs, bread, butter and orange juice in the fridge. There were cleaning and laundry supplies, comfortable beds and lovely linens, and Simon even brought over extra bins of toys for my son. He was quick to help with any questions. I’m grateful they turned what could have been a sad visit into a magical one. Stockman's Cottage felt like my dream home, full of charm, warmth and antique furniture. We arrived at short notice for a week, my 5-year-old son and I, and pulling into the peastone driveway of the restored country estate, I could tell we were in for something special. My favourite things were the wood fireplace and the plush cushions everywhere, a book reader’s dream. I’d take my coffee outside early each morning to hear the birds and a nearby stream, and look out over the misty norfolk countryside. I kid you not, it looked like Pride and Prejudice. I highly recommend Norfolk Courtyard and will definitely stay again when I return. Jess & Liam

The hosts were very friendly, and the location was handy for the coast as well as attractive towns and villages such as Holt. We stayed three nights at this lovely B&B and really enjoyed it. The breakfast room was lovely too.

The owners know the area really well and gave us lots of recommendations. We had a wonderful stay despite not knowing the area at all, and can’t wait to come back.

A very peaceful, relaxing place with lots of charm. The antiques are a great feature if that’s your thing.
