Wyvern Farm

Wyvern Farm was so peaceful, just idyllic. Sarah and Mick made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Our purple bedroom had gorgeous views, and the bedroom and ensuite were spotless. The fluffy towels, dressing gowns, slippers and lovely toiletries were all there, along with top quality bed linen. The hospitality tray was the best we’ve had at any b & b, with plenty of fresh milk and bottled water, plus an excellent biscuit selection. Breakfast was top quality, beautifully presented, and used their own produce where possible. The guest lounge was warm and welcoming, and Sarah’s attention to detail throughout Wyvern Farm is second to none. I’d highly recommend a stay. It really couldn’t have been better.

Sarah and Mick made us feel welcome from the start. They’re lovely people, and everything was thought of and then some. The surroundings are beautiful, with wonderful animals, and our room was ultra clean and comfortable, with lots of extras. Breakfast was plentiful, with good quality food. Mick has now built a Shepherd's hut with real wow factor, so we’ll be booking a stay in it next year. I highly recommend this b/b and wish I could give more than five stars, plus gold ones. My wife said, "I would like to live here." After 50 years of marriage, I had mixed feelings about that, since I thought we were quite happy in our own home! We spent two nights and had a really memorable stay. Everything about the place was excellent, and Sarah and Mick couldn’t do enough for us. Many thanks, Allan and Rosie.

Sarah showed us around the farm and introduced us to the animals. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good-sized en-suite bathroom, a bath and a separate shower. The hosts were lovely, and breakfast was superb, cooked to order.
