There's a big shared kitchen with tea and coffee provided, plus a spacious shared living room. My room was small, but just right for my stay, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom downstairs was tidy and the shower was good. Check-in details were clear before I arrived, though check-in was at a nearby sister property, where Emmet gave me a really friendly welcome. Great value, and a handy spot only ten minutes on foot from the city centre.

Good price, clean place and a comfortable bed. The check-in staff were friendly. I did have a worrying moment on Boxing Day when a staff member tried to come into my room while I wasn't dressed. He apologised and said he thought nobody was in there, but they really need to check the bookings before opening a door.

We had a family trip to Derry for a wedding, with 12 adults and 3 children, and this place worked well for us. There are 10 bedrooms with different bed arrangements, and the property is self-contained. The large kitchen has two fridge-freezer units. We also had three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It's about a 10-minute walk into the town centre, and a taxi back would cost around £3.00 to £4.00. A great find for our group.

We came as a group of 17 for a hen weekend. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also well placed for walking into the city.
