Grant Rooms

The location and price are great, but that’s about all I liked. Our room smelled like garbage, literally. Luckily I had room spray, and we also bought a candle to try to deal with the odor. It wasn’t a place we wanted to relax, so we stayed out as much as possible. There’s a TV, but it didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch local channels, and there’s no WiFi. We were there while it was cold, but couldn’t control the room temperature, and there’s no AC either. If all you need is a cheap room and you don’t care about the smell or extras, it might suit you. If you want somewhere relaxing that doesn’t smell like a dumpster, stay away.

William was very attentive, and the place was clean. The room is small, but two people can manage; it has two chairs and a folding table in a quiet little space. The toilet is nice and a good size, and the kitchen is nice too.

Exceptionally quiet, clean, and warm, in a brilliant location. Great spot. Highly recommended. Need I say more? Eileen & Pat Sweeney

The room was exceptionally clean, and the location is nice and central. William couldn’t welcome me when I arrived on Friday evening, but he introduced himself on Saturday morning and made me feel welcome at the property. He’s brilliant. I’d highly recommend grant rooms to anyone visiting the city.
