Our stay was pleasant and we'd definitely come back. The hotel and our room were clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. The food was good quality and excellent, though the scrambled egg was very poor and the menu a little pricey. The pool was good, if a bit cold, and the gym had plenty of equipment. The strength machines did seem older, though. Pulse fitness equipment is much better.

The rooms were clean, had everything needed, and were excellent value. I stayed at the hotel for a function in one of the suites. Downstairs was clean and tastefully decorated, and the staff were fantastic. We got a warm welcome at reception, and the bar and restaurant staff were pleasant and good craic.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with free parking and WiFi adding to the convenience. The pool, gym, and sauna were a real bonus too. It's a great base for exploring the area, with everything you need under one roof. We'd highly recommend the Best Western Plus White Horse Hotel.

We had a lovely time at this hotel with the kids. The food was amazing, and the swimming pool was great. All the staff were so good with children. My oldest son has autism, and everyone was kind and supportive. I really appreciated that. Looking forward to coming back!

Good value for money and a great wee hotel. We loved the food in the restaurant. The spa was OK, but could do with an update. The jacuzzi/hot tub costs an extra £15 per person for 30 minutes, and I think that should be included in the stay. Otherwise, a good hotel I'd recommend.
