Barn in Wales With Swim Spa & Scenic Views

We had the most relaxed, wonderful wedding weekend, with gorgeous views and backdrops for our photos. The barns and farmhouse were exactly what we wanted. Gareth was extremely helpful from booking right through to leaving: he let us visit a few times to check measurements, answered lots of questions from our suppliers, and helped move things around on arrival so we could set everything up the way we wanted. We used the hot tubs on Sunday, which was my birthday, and had cocktails and live jazz outside. It was the perfect finish to a great weekend. We hope to stay again, and one of our guests loved it so much she tried to book it for a party herself. We can’t recommend it enough.

We had the whole property for the wedding, and our group had an amazing time. I stayed for three nights. I’d seen reviews mentioning lots of CCTV cameras and close monitoring by the owner, but I didn’t even see him while I was there. The place was lovely and comfortable, in a great spot for visiting the area. I took the steam train to town and found a lovely place for wild swimming. I’d strongly recommend it for a large group.

We had 16 people staying at Tynrhyd Retreat for a couple of nights. The house is tucked into beautiful Welsh countryside, and we found the rooms spacious and clean. The hot tub and other facilities were a great bonus. It’s an incredible place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it to large groups wanting some green space away from city life.

We only had one night here, but it was worth it. The site is lovely and gives you complete privacy for a romantic stay. The hot tub was fine, warm and ready for us when we arrived.
