Blounts Court Farm

Caroline was the highlight for me. She was sincere and made a real effort to make me feel at home, and the service was 10 out of 10. After five days on a really tough business trip, staying at Blounts Court Farm helped take the stress away. I was there in early November, when the weather was bleak, but the farm made it feel much less so. The place is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the attention to detail is very good. Breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality was superb. The room was lovely and warm, even with a fierce storm going on outside. It had crisp linens, clean white towels, a comfortable bed and proper feather pillows. There’s a cosy, homely feel to the place, a bit like the Darling Buds of May. I’ll stay again next time I’m in the area. Thank you.

The horses around the property were a lovely extra, and the breakfasts were hearty and amazing, with really good coffee. We were so comfortable in bed that we slept in and woke up kate for our planned breakfast and dash to the parkrun in Devizes! Caroline was a fantastic hostess, friendly, informative and ready to help with anything. This charming BnB is tucked away and gave us a chance to rest and recharge. After a 4.5hr drive, the home-baked cookies and lovely coffee on arrival were very welcome. They tasted deliciously naughty, though we were assured they were packed full of goodness. Everything provided was spot on and high quality, including White Company towels and feather pillows. A perfect place for a few days away.

Caroline cooked a lovely English Breakfast each morning, and the pancakes were amazing too. Fresh eggs, locally sourced bacon and sausages, and homegrown produce made it hard to imagine a better breakfast. I woke to beautiful scenery and birdsong each day. Caroline and Colin welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived and looked after me throughout my five-day stay. They really made me feel at home. I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend Blounts Court Farm. Thanks for having me!
