The rooms and barn are lovely. There are plenty of nice places to eat in the surrounding villages, and the barn conversion sits deep in the countryside. If a quiet break is what you're after, this is perfect.

A perfect CL site in a quiet country spot, with a 1.5-mile walk to Pulham Market. We had a fabulous evening at the Crown Public House, enjoying a good meal and live music.

We stayed here with the paynes, and what a place. So peaceful, with great wildlife and an amazing cottage. The location is great too, and the owners made us feel very welcome. A little gem. If I had to find one bad thing, it would be that time goes by so quickly and it's far too soon to leave. Thank you.

Back for my second visit this year, and it's still such a lovely, peaceful and comfortable place. It's our go-to base for visiting family. The owner is perfect, there when needed and gives you space when you don't need anything.

This beautiful barn conversion is a great base for exploring the Norfolk/Suffolk coastline. Highly recommend it.
