Hazel Barn B&B

Hazel Barn B&B was a comfortable, rustic place to stay, with a good breakfast made from fresh, local ingredients. The host was friendly and made me feel at home from the beginning. It’s tucked away somewhere peaceful, which made it easy to relax and get a break from the usual noise and busyness. I’d consider staying here again if I wanted a laid-back place to unwind.

We spent two nights in a spotless, comfortable twin room with an en-suite. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Martin greeted us warmly at Hazel Barn and checked that we had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay, with a very comfortable room and a really tasty breakfast. I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

I used this B&B to start and finish a multi-day ride around Norfolk on the Rebellion Way. The hosts let me leave my car between my first and last nights. After a wet, muddy ride, I could hose down my bike in their garden, and when I found a puncture in the car just before leaving, they let me use their compressor. It gave me enough air to reach a local garage. They also recommended excellent places to eat, a short drive away, for both evenings. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the hosts friendly and obliging. It’s a fine example of what a British B&B should be, and I hope to return.
