We stayed at The Old Field Barn Bed & Breakfast over the Easter Bank Holiday and had a wonderful countryside break. The property was peaceful and beautifully kept, and Elena was a fantastic host, warm, polite and genuinely hospitable. She made sure we were comfortable and even offered to heat our ready meals in the evening, a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, cosy and well equipped, so we felt at home. Breakfast was fresh, nicely presented and a lovely start to each day. We felt well looked after and would happily return. Highly recommended for a welcoming B&B.

The breakfast was lovely, and I had the full English. Elena was really friendly and attentive too. She and her husband have made this B&B feel properly homely. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Elena was such a fantastic host and went out of her way to make the stay a good one. The barn conversion is gorgeous and finished to a really high standard. I had an amazing night. There was a full choice at breakfast, fresh fruit included, and the coffee machine was available 24 hours. The room also had a fan, extra pillows and blankets. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing, and I slept better than I usually do. The rooms mix modern comforts, like new bathrooms and a large TV if you want it, with distinctive antique details. The hosts were ready to meet every need, and everything had been considered to help guests feel safe and comfortable during travel at the moment. A beautiful, comfortable and convenient B&B. I can't recommend it highly enough.
