The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff gave us useful tips about good walks and things to do. My boyfriend and I booked it a few weeks ago for what turned into a perfect, stress-free weekend. It’s in the middle of a lovely little town, with sweet shops and buses running for most of the day.

Our host couldn’t have been more helpful and made everyone feel welcome. We spent the night here for a family birthday and found a beautiful hotel in a lovely little town. It’s also been refurbished recently to a very high standard. Amazing! If you’re visiting the area, check it out. A+++++++++++ 🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍

The fresh vegetables and cauliflower cheese were delicious, and we were too full for pudding. For my birthday we had Sunday lunch here on 26.4.26. We started with fishcakes and caprese salad, then both had roast beef for the main course. Kate and Liz gave us excellent service. We’ll be back.

The room was spacious, clean, tidy and cosy, and all the staff were so nice and helpful. I never expected to find such great accommodation, and I’d definitely come back. They’re under a new management team now, so breakfast isn’t available yet, but they’ll be opening it.

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we had an amazing stay at Y Meirionnydd. They invited us to a small music show downstairs, and we really enjoyed the evening. The hosts have only recently taken over the place, but they’re already making it better than before. We’d strongly recommend it to everyone.
