We stayed one night for a wedding nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and roomy, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and bathroom toiletries. The walls were a little thin, probably because of the building’s age. It’s centrally located and good value. I’d happily recommend it.

The lounge was a great place to sit with a cup of tea, and Dorchester was easy to explore from this brilliant location. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Our room was wonderful, the staff were lovely, and we felt comfortable and welcome. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks!

The double room was impressively spacious, and booking direct came with a complimentary drink, which I appreciated. Lisa and Caroline were especially helpful. There’s no food served on site, but the hot drinks station, microwave, crockery, and cutlery make it workable. If the hotel car park is full, there’s a public one about a minute’s walk away. Great hotel!

The staff member we met was brilliant, and the room had lovely decor, plenty of space, and good facilities. The road outside is noisy, but that’s not something the hotel can control. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in for ages. It’s a stylish old building with lots of history, and we’ll definitely be back.

Really good value in a perfect location, with cheerful, friendly staff who were happy to help. A shout-out to the receptionist. From someone in the industry, I’d suggest keeping the kettles descaled and giving the area under the bathroom sink some attention, as both had quite a bit of buildup. I’d recommend staying here and plan to come back.
