This turned out to be the best hotel on our eight-day trip, which we honestly hadn't expected. Breakfast was lovely, cooked with care by the charming man who served it. The couple running the place were so welcoming, and the lady was happy to chat if you felt like it. Such a lovely little find, and thank you!

I booked at the last minute for work nearby and was very glad I did. My room, Loch Fleet, had stunning views, and it was incredibly quiet despite being just off the A9. Everything was properly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was good. I had a full Scottish breakfast and a good chat with Gavin the host. I'll be back.

Our hosts made us feel very welcome, and it was a pleasure staying here. The place was spotless and tidy, with a good-sized room that had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and an ensuite shower room. There was plenty of parking right outside. It's a short drive to Dornoch and a handy base for going further afield. The view from our room was amazing.

Even with a storm going on, the welcome was friendly and helpful. The lodge is modern and very clean, with spectacular views. Breakfast was the best.

The hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful, and we had a really nice stay. Our spacious, clean room overlooked the coast and suited us well. Getting to Dornoch for dinner was easy, about a 10-minute drive. Thank you!
