We were six, and every one of us finished every bite. The Greek food was amazing, especially the lamb kleftico. Our first visit to this little 'gem', and we'll definitely return. Highly recommend 👌 ❤️

We had a small baby with us, and the owners welcomed him warmly. Bringing him along was no hassle at all. The service was fast, attentive, and really friendly. We tried the Gyro's and Kofta's, then came back for Sunday lunch. The food was outstanding, with generous portions. There's a lovely spot out back for a drink and a chat with the locals. Great pub, 10/10, would recommend.

There were 18 of us for a family Sunday lunch, and the staff served everyone efficiently and very warmly. The food was excellent, with a choice of roasts, Yorkshire puddings, fresh vegetables, and sweets. We'll certainly recommend it to our friends. Thanks to all the staff.

Friendly, welcoming staff, plus a covered outdoor seating area and a car park. The Star Inn is a pleasant village pub with a nice bar, separate dining room, and games room with a pool table. It also offers accommodation and meals. There was a wide choice of beer, lagers, and cider, though sadly no hand-pulled cask conditioned real ale when I called in.

The rooms were fresh and clean, and I slept well each night. I stayed while attending a nearby wedding, so I can't comment on evening meals, but breakfast was fine and had plenty to choose from. The people there were very helpful, and the bar had a nice atmosphere and excellent local ales. I'd stay again.
