The lemon curd with the scones was a real treat, and the cakes and sandwiches were delicious too. We had a lovely afternoon tea and massage at St. Andrews Hotel and Spa. Tasha at the Saram Spa was warm, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. We'll definitely be back!

The Indian food was beautiful, and the location is ideal, very close to town. I would happily come back to eat, though I wouldn't stay here again. The pictures gave us the impression of a lovely building covered in vines and greenery, but the exterior we arrived at was bare and cold. It felt misleading. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are standard, nothing special. Noise was a real problem with our baby. We could hear doors banging, showers, toilets flushing, and people talking through the very thin walls, so getting her to sleep was difficult. There are no blinds either, and the curtains don't cover the whole window, so the room can stay bright when you're trying to put a baby down early. Breakfast was lovely for the first two days, but on Sunday it was cold. The staff were friendly, though we had to ask for everything. At one point dishes piled up from the buffet until there was no room left at our table, and staff just stood by.

We recently held my Mum's wake at St.Andrews and were really impressed. The food was excellent, clearly made by a well qualified hotel chef. Everyone on the staff was kind and considerate, and they did everything they could to help. Events manager Abbey also gathered the leftover buffet food and packed it neatly into containers so guests could take it with them. I'd highly recommend it as a venue.

We were welcomed by attentive, friendly staff, then filled out our treatment forms in the refurbished Bar/Indian Restaurant with complimentary drinks. After that we had lovely, relaxing massages. Meg did my face, head and shoulders treatment and was so nice, she made me feel at ease. I bought the Groupon 30 Minute Treatment/Afternoon Tea deal for my Daughter and me, and wasn't sure what to expect for the price. The tea was generous, with Lemon Curd as an alternative for our scones, and we took some home. They're still modernising the place, but from what I saw it should be beautiful when it's finished. Thank you, we'll be back xx

We've booked our wedding here for 20/02/2026, and I can't wait for our special day next week. The food is delicious, and everything was very clean and professional. From the minute we arrived, the customer service was at a high standard. Abbie is a huge part of the hotel team, and her passion for hospitality really comes through. She's incredible. Whenever I had a question or needed help, she got back to me straight away and made me feel appreciated. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
