Polmaily House

Chris made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and nothing seemed like a bother. The house was immaculate and clearly very well looked after. We’ve just come back from a lovely stay and are already looking forward to returning.

The grounds, games room and swimming pool kept the older teenagers busy for hours, and the house has what both children and adults need. The kitchen handles cooking for a large group well, while the rooms are beautifully equipped, most with their own bathrooms. The accommodation is outstanding. This was our second time at Polmaily House, and it remains one of the best big houses we’ve stayed in. Chris and Deb are available when you need them, while giving you room to enjoy the house and grounds. I highly recommend it.

We had a great birthday weeked here with 21 adults and 3 kids. The beds were really comfortable, and there’s room for everyone to spend time together or find a bit of quiet. Polmailly House has loads of equipment and activities, from swimming and sports facilities to the bar and karaoke, just a few of the things on offer. It’s a wonderful place for all ages. Chris and Deb were there if we needed them, and they’ve done a wonderful job with this beautiful house. Would definitely come back.

We stayed for five nights in April for a family celebration. There was plenty of room for everyone, with enough bedrooms and different spaces to gather in smaller or larger groups. The kitchen is big and well equipped, whether you're cooking yourselves or having a meal catered. We also made good use of the indoor pool, games room, and trampoline. Inverness was handy for flights and for day trips around the area. A fantastic house for our event.
