Granny's Cottage

For nearly three weeks I tried to reach the owners and the agency managing the property, with no luck. Messages through Booking.com got automated replies, and the emails were supposed to have login details for a separate booking site. I only got that to work once after several tries, and then it told me to call the agency. No one answered there either. Even Booking.com had trouble reaching them. We booked through Booking.com, and the listing did say there was no WiFi. It left out that there was no mobile signal either, which was crucial for us. After all that, I had to contact Booking.com about cancelling. Someone from the agency eventually replied, but rudely refused any refund despite the poor service and the misleading omission. I've stayed in countless Booking.com properties and never had customer service this bad. A deeply frustrating experience, far below what I'd come to expect.
