Andersons Guest House

The atmosphere felt unpleasant and scary, and the owners were very strange and rude. When we told the owner the room was impossible to stay in because my mother has asthma, he said, "Aahh Cypriots, leave!" He also told us he wouldn't charge us. But ten minutes after we left, our bank notified us that he had blocked £121 from my mother's account. The building looked terrible as soon as we arrived. Inside, one owner left us alone, then the other arrived about a minute later. There was no lift, so we had to carry our heavy bags, at least 20 kilos, up to the top floor ourselves. We said this was very difficult, but he said he couldn't help because he had back pain. The stairs were tiny and dangerous. The room smelled even worse than the house, and there was black mould around the windows. We could smell mould as soon as we went in. This was the worst experience we've ever had.

We had a really comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. The owner of the guest house was so hospitable, and the service was outstanding. The dog was very friendly too! :)

The guest house has fantastic views and is near the city centre, but away from the noise. The owner was friendly.
