We celebrated our son’s birthday at the Tayview Hotel today, and the staff made everything feel easy so we could just enjoy the day. The food was delicious, high quality and clearly made with care, which made the celebration feel special. The venue has a welcoming but impressive atmosphere that worked really well for our family gathering. If you’re in Dundee and want great views and even better food, this is a lovely spot. We’ll definitely be back!

I moved to Dundee recently for work and have been enjoying the city, but I came to this restaurant hoping for an affordable, pleasant dinner and instead felt assaulted by the dark energy coming from the server, “Jessie.” I’ve worked as a professional medium for 15 and a half years, and I’m VERY sensitive to the energy forces around us.

I had a meal here with my family, and the food was tasty with generous portions. There’s a large choice of curries and plenty for vegetarians too, though I’m not vegetarian. Tanvi gave us great service.
