We came as five adults over New Year and have already booked to return next year. The bungalow sits right by the river and had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen-diner. Kae kept us updated about the weather before we arrived. We had snow and enjoyed some beautiful walks.

Back from another lovely New Year in Dunkeld. We enjoyed riverside walks, lunch at the Atholl Arms Hotel, and a little shopping in the interesting shops. River house was warm, very clean and comfortable, and had been nicely decorated for Christmas. Highly recommended.

We had such a good time at River House and would happily return. The scenery is beautiful, there are great walks nearby, and it’s dog-friendly. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped, with really comfortable beds. Definitely recommend it.
