Montague Villa B&B

We had such an enjoyable stay and loved it. Our Harris Room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely views, tea-making supplies, a mini fridge stocked with water, milk, biscuits and sweets, and plenty of toiletries. The filling breakfast had lots of choices, including tasty homemade jams. The hosts were lovely, and there’s a nice walk to the harbour from this great location. We took some of Alisons homemade jams home too, and the money goes to a local charity. Nothing could be faulted, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to Scotland.

Drew and Alison made me feel so welcome, and the whole stay felt like being looked after by my mum and dad. It was brilliant. The place was very clean and smelled good, and the hosts would do anything to help. My room was cozy, quiet and peaceful, with a brilliant view. The bed was so comfortable that I’ve ordered the same mattress for home. And the breakfast was amazing. I’d never had mushrooms that tasty. Alison even shared her secret recipe, so I’ve been making mushrooms all week. I’ve stayed in lots of places and hotels in this area, but I’ll always come back here. The villa was beautiful, with really cozy rooms and a lovely view. The hosts were extremely attentive. A warm Scottish welcome, and a great Scottish breakfast!

We stayed in the Harris room, which was presented extremely well and clearly had a lot of care and thought put into it. Alison & Drew were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast was superb. We wholeheartedly recommend Montague Villa and look forward to staying again.
