Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton

The three ladies at reception were so welcoming and friendly, and the service was brilliant. I stayed for a week a few nights ago. My room was clean, warm and comfortable, and the housekeeping team always greeted me with a good morning. I’ll be back soon, thank you!

The receptionist was a great help this evening, arranging directions and taxis for me ahead of a funeral in the morning. She went above and beyond and made things easier. The room was clean, the bed seemed comfortable, and the rooms are what you’d expect from Premier Inn. Very good service.

Renata at reception was a gem from the moment we walked into the foyer, smiling, cheerful and so pleasant. The food was hot and full of flavour, and there was plenty of parking. Public transport is the one drawback: without a car, you’ll need a taxi or Shanks pony. Taxi fares are reasonable, though, so it shouldn’t cost too much. Access to the upper floors is only possible for able-bodied people. Even so, it’s an excellent venue.

I left my headphones in the room and only noticed after I got home. The staff, especially Jake, did a great job finding them and helping get them back to me. Everyone was lovely, including the breakfast team, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Premier Inns are consistently good in my experience, and this was a really pleasant stay. I’d recommend it. There’s no air conditioning, so keep that in mind.
