We hope to come back. The team gave us excellent service during our weekend stay, and breakfast was very good while Sunday lunch was fantastic. There was a problem with our room, but they dealt with it quickly and offered a goodwill gesture without us asking. A chair in the room would have been useful. Room 3.

On the way back to the ferry after a lovely week in Isle of white, we happened upon the Prince of Wales for a meal. Great decision. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the prices were amazing for the food. We had pork belly and cottage pie, both home cooked and so tasty. The menu looked great and lived up to it. The only thing is there was too much food to finish, definitely not a negative! We'd highly recommend stopping in for a meal and will be back next time we visit a Isle of White. Thank you.

We only have a week here, but we're definitely going to try to return before we leave. We dropped by without a reservation, and they rearranged things to seat us almost straight away. Ordering was a bit of a challenge with our allergies, but the staff did everything they could to accommodate them. The meals were all superb, with amazing quality and generous portions. Best roast I've had in years.

We went for lunch and everyone loved their food. The staff were lovely, and my vege chilli was the best I've ever had. They also have vegan chilli available. Definitely worth a visit.

We've recently moved to the area and are really impressed with this pub. We met the owners son today. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He showed me the outside area, where our lovely Max had a great time doing zoomies over and over. He was such a lovely chap. Your parents must be super proud of you. Thank you xx
