Our room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was fabulous. The building is a beautiful Grade II listed place in a great spot, though a few areas could use a fresh coat of paint. Bryan went out of his way to make things easy, even with our late arrival and a last minute extension. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and breakfast was fantastic. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

We’d happily stay again. The host was friendly, the room was lovely, and breakfast was great. Waking up to the sea view from the balcony was a treat, so I’d recommend that room. Parking is free and was fairly easy for us, though finding a space is a bit of a gamble.

We booked three nights after a friend’s parents in Eastbourne recommended this pet friendly place. The room was tidy and clean, with a really comfortable bed and a nice bath in the ensuite. It’s an easy walk to the town centre and shops, and we could park right outside without any hassle. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. We’d definitely come back.

The location is right by the seafront, about a five minute walk from the pier, and I’ll book here again. It’s a family run B&B with a very welcoming host. The lady of the house cooked a lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from. Our room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable. I found a nearby on street parking space, though that isn’t guaranteed.

We were very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and Brian was friendly and helpful. He even suggested a good restaurant and helped us book a table for six. The location worked well for exploring Eastbourne, and I’d recommend getting a sea view.
