I loved watching the activity at 'The Paper Shop' across the road. It’s well stocked and open for many hours, so it deserves the custom it gets. Embsay is a lovely village, and I’d heartily recommend staying in No24. The bed and bedding are lovely too! After 50 years of self-catering stays, this might be my favourite property yet. Paula, the owner, has clearly put lots of thought into providing everything you could need, and more. It’s all fitted out so tastefully, and that made my week of wet weather easier for sure. Thank you, Paula. 😊
