The room had plenty of space, and the area was quiet but close to the high street, which was handy. Breakfast was nice too. Edwina was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’d recommend staying here, especially if you’re going to Sandown. Thanks, Edwina :)

We had a lovely meal at a local pub Edwina helped us find, and there was loads of delicious food at breakfast the next morning. The house is beautiful and well placed for the Hampton Court Flower Show, which we were visiting the following day. Edwina was a fantastic host. We’ll happily book West End Lodge again. There’s a pub nearby, and the location itself is peaceful and quiet. The room was in excellent condition, with a small fridge stocked with juice and drinking water. Edwina gave us a warm welcome and was a wonderful host.

We only stayed two days, but from the welcome to the moment we left, this was the best Bed and Breakfast we’ve ever stayed in. Edwina was friendly and funny, a perfect host. Thank you for having us. Book here, you won’t be disappointed.

The room was nice and the host welcoming, so it wasn’t bad. I did wonder about the green, mushy scrambled eggs, the cheap sausages, and the bacon being a bit too salty. I was also slightly concerned that leaving the building requires a key, given the lack of fire precautions. A thumb turn would help save lives if there were a fire.
