Karma Salford Hall

The staff really made a difference during our lovely three-night anniversary break. They took beautiful care of us, and the food was very nice, especially the chef's lamb signature dish. We were very pleased with it all in this beautiful Shakespear town.

The rooms were really warm, so we had to leave the windows wide open, but the whole place was spotless. The building itself is beautiful, and we loved the restaurant, with its generous choice of food, lovely presentation and delicious meals. Cam deserves a special mention for being so friendly and attentive. Everyone else on the team was professional, helpful and welcoming too. We had a thoroughly enjoyable three-night stay, and would love to come back in summer to see the garden. Thanks so much to all of you.

The breakfast was a real highlight: the buffet was included, cooked options were available, and my husband enjoyed the full English. We also had a good meal in the restaurant and tried a bar meal. Happy hour and the wine and cheese hour were both enjoyable. We stayed for three nights in a dog-friendly room. It was clean and comfortable, though much too hot. Reception explained the heating issue, and the room did seem a little cooler after we reported it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman running breakfast. Parking was easy, and Evesham and the surrounding villages are close by.

The free wine and cheese in the conservatory was such a treat, and we also enjoyed the beer and wine happy hour in the bar. We spent three nights in the Anne Boleyn room, which was clean, warm and nice to stay in. From arriving at reception to our meals and the day we left, the service was exceptional. The restaurant team were top notch, and the food was very good for the price. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend the place and stay again.
