A really great place to stay. My room had lots of nice touches, the bed was huge and comfy, and the shower was great. Breakfast was so filling I could easily skip lunch, maybe even dinner. I'll definitely stay again.

Tina welcomed me and explained breakfast times and local places to eat. I stayed for a week on business at Eastcote Luxury Guest House, and it was clean and comfortable. My room was clean with a very comfy bed, which helped me sleep well after a long drive. Breakfast was included, substantial and delicious. The location is great, and I'll definitely stay here again. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere around Exeter.

Tina, I can't thank you enough for going so far out of your way to help us. My elderly, cranky father arrived at the airport this week and a taxi accidentally dropped him outside the wrong house. It was late and dark, and he was wandering around Exeter with a huge suitcase, not knowing where he was. I called Tina in a panic, and she drove out to find him and bring him safely back to the guest house. We'll definitely stay next time we have an early flight so we can thank her in person. A lovely guest house. Thank you so much. John's daughter x (the cranky Guinness drinker)

I've made this my regular hotel whenever I'm in the area. The location, rooms, parking and breakfast are all great, and the friendly hospitality is best of all. Always recommend.

A lovely, quiet, relaxing stay in a massive room. The host was lovely too, with lots of thoughtful extras, chocolate included. Thank you!
