Parking was easy, which was a relief after having trouble with it on past stays in Exeter. The Co-op across the road also came in handy for picking up a few things. We stayed last weekend and really enjoyed it. Getting to the town centre on foot was easy from this spot near the top of town. Check-in was simple, and the place looked even better than expected, clean, comfortable, and nicely presented. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

Coming back after a visit to the lovely city centre felt like returning to a little home away from home. It was a comfortable stay, and the flat suits a couple or small family. The location is easy to find and close to the centre, with a Co-op nearby. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa bed was comfy, and most of the place was clean. Staff got in touch in good time and talked us through the self check-in.

I travelled all the way from Worcester for two nights in April 2025, but there was nobody at the property to meet me and I never received the key code instructions. Expedia tried calling the owner for me, but the number didn’t work. This was the most expensive property in Exeter, and I felt it was a complete con. I reported them for fraud. Don’t book here.

The owner communicated really well, and check-in was easy with the key safe. The apartment was clean and in a nice area. We had a great stay and I’d come back.

We loved how much this flat felt like home, and we’d definitely stay again. It was cosy, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated, just right for a couple. The coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch after our long trip, and having a supermarket across the street was so handy. We could walk to the town centre in just a couple of minutes.
