Woodbine Guest Accommodation

I was in a tiny box room on the top floor, but it was immaculate and suited what I needed. The place is clean and tidy throughout, and all the amenities and restaurants are nearby, with everything within walking distance. Parking is available, and they can give you a temporary permit for your vehicle. Breakfast needs to be booked ahead if you want it. The woman running the place was warm, welcoming, and very professional. I didn't take photos since there are plenty to look at already. I'd definitely stay again.

The owners were lovely, warm, and welcoming. Our room was small but had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. It's a cosy, clean spot for an overnight stay, with a nice view from the top floor. We didn't take the breakfast option, so I can't comment on it. Just lovely.

The breakfast basket was such a nice surprise. Each morning they brought a large picnic basket to my room, packed with cereal, fresh fruit, croissants, jam, marmalade, milk, orange juice, and other things. I especially loved the hot bacon gibreta sandwich. Even the cutlery was silverware, not plastic. There was more than enough to eat. I visited this lovely Victorian guest house at the beginning of August 2017 after travelling for many hours from San Diego, California. I needed somewhere quiet and relaxing, and that's what I got. The room and bed were very comfortable, with tea, coffee, and snacks to make, and the place was nice and clean. The owner was friendly and always helpful. I had no car, but it was an easy walk into town. I'd highly recommend it, and it'd be my first choice if I'm in the area again. Thank you.

The breakfast was super, the room cosy, and the welcome lovely and warm. It's also a great spot for Exeter centre. I only wish our stay could've been longer. We'll be back next time we're in Devon. Thank you, Julie.
